SIOBHAN NOLAN MANGINI is passionate about improving healthcare through building and scaling innovative companies at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Siobhan most recently was President & CFO of NGM Bio (Nasdaq: NGM), a publicly traded innovative biology-driven clinical stage biotechnology company. Prior to NGM, Siobhan was President & CFO at Castlight Health (NYSE: CSLT), an enterprise SaaS healthcare benefits navigation company. Siobhan was involved with both companies across critical transformative events, in particular IPOs and capital raises as well as multiple strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Earlier in her career, Siobhan was a management consultant at Bain & Company and in investment management managing the endowment of the Kaiser Family Foundation.

Siobhan is on the board of Alight (NYSE: ALIT), Cityblock, Marathon Health, SmithRx and Virta Health. Additionally, she is a founding member of the operator network of January VC, a seed-stage fund that opens doors for the visionary founders of the future. Siobhan holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
