CHARLES FLEISCHMANN is a Partner at Trilantic North America. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. His primary focus is on investments in the business services and light industrials sectors, and he is responsible for post-investment best practices across the firm. Charles joined Trilantic North America in 2015, prior to which he worked at Investcorp International Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at JP Morgan and Shearman and Sterling. Charles is currently a director of Outdoor Living Supply, Quickparts, RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Royal Food and Strada Services. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Home Franchise Concepts, Sunbelt Solomon and a director of USI. Charles holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
