Trilantic North America Chairman Charles Ayres Joins the Privcap Podcast

Trilantic North America Chairman and Managing Partner Charles Ayres recently joined Privcap Media Founder David Snow on the Privcap podcast to discuss how the firm differentiates itself as a middle-market investor, and what the past few years have looked like amid the firm’s continued growth.

He shared how partnering with entrepreneurs allows them to stand apart from the competition and why Trilantic North America seeks out founders who are dedicated to their organizations and may not even be actively looking to sell. Charles also touched on why identifying buyers is a healthy exercise when preparing for an investment and offered his outlook on current investment opportunities in the consumer, business services and energy sectors.
