CHARLES FLEISCHMANN is a Partner of Trilantic North America. Charles is also a member of the Investment Committee of Fund VI North America. His primary focus is on investments in the business services and light industrials sectors. Charles joined Trilantic North America in 2015, prior to which he worked at Investcorp International Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at JP Morgan and Shearman and Sterling. Charles is currently a director of Outdoor Living Supply, Quickparts, RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Strada Services and Sunbelt Solomon. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Home Franchise Concepts and a director of USI. Charles holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
