Watch our team talk about culture & DEI

“It’s important to be able to see advancement opportunities as a woman in the private equity industry.”
Natalie Knipp
Principal

Our goal is to cultivate an inclusive and diverse workplace, where a variety of backgrounds and opinions are embraced, both at Trilantic North America and across our portfolio.

Gender Equity Consortium
Trilantic North America and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College have partnered to create the Gender Equity Consortium (the “GEC”), a 2-day educational program for senior professionals in the private markets. Dr. Punam Keller and her team have conducted ~350 hours of research on gender equity, including 1:1 interviews and surveys with private markets professionals over the past 2 years. The program will focus on arming senior professionals with research and tools to help cultivate diverse talent pipelines and foster inclusive and equitable workplace environments. The program launches in January 2023.

“We are proud to be an early mover and taking a leadership role with our DEI efforts, both with our Tuck Partnership and our majority-female Founders Council.”
